Chitra bass SR300EB are un corp din mahon cu dublu cutaway ce a fost atasat utilizand tehnologia "bolt on" un gat format din 5 piese (artar/nuc) si o tastiera din palisandru cu inlay-uri rotunde.
Electronica instrumentului este alcatuita din doua doze pasive Ibanez PowerSpan si un preamplificator Ibanez custom ce ofera un egalizator pe 3 benzi si un switch Power Tap ce permite utilizarea semnalului direct al dozelor.

Back in the UK, I own a Prestige and an older, neck-thru Ibanez branded bass and this is as good and easy to play as those for less than half the price I paid for them! Give it a go! This IPT model has an almost "blue" denim look in real life and it plays as easy as you expect from the Ibanez SR range. (personally, I would choose any from SR300 upwards for all round versatility and fun). Light, balanced feel, with really versatile pickups, EQ and tone shaping; thanks to the split-coil tapping and boost switch.
